Rackley, died yesterday afternoon at 12:15 o'clock at a local hospital. She was a native of Jonesboro, N.C. and had been a resident of Norfolk for 21 years, residing at 117 West Eleventh Street. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J.S. Corleto and one son, W.S. Rackley, both of Norfolk, three grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Comelia Parsons, of Oklahoma and Mrs. N.P. Thomas, of North Carolina and a brother, John Stewart, of North Carolina. Funeral services will be held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 612 East Freemason Street, tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock.
