Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, September 26, 1992 
Clarine Elizabeth Raiford of the 900 block of Spaulding Drive, died Sept. 22,
1992, in a hospital.

Mrs. Raiford was born in Norfolk. She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist
Church.

Survivors include her husband, Clois Raiford; two daughters, Constance Raiford
and Claudia Grimes, both of Norfolk; a son, Calvin Raiford of Norfolk; two
sisters, Sadie Jones and Doris Davis, both of Killeen, Texas; and four
grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Antioch Missionary Baptist
Church by the Rev. I. Joseph Williams. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The
family will assemble at the residence. The body will be placed in church at 11
a.m. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
