Virginian-Pilot October 29, 1992
Bobbie Rice Rampey, 46, of the 5000 block of S. Cherokee Cluster, died Oct. 27, 
1992, in her home.
Mrs. Rampey was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Wendy Lynn Rampey, and two sons, William R. Rampey 
and Walter E. Rampey, all of Winchester; her parents, Winifred F. Rice and 
Timothy R. Rice of Virginia Beach; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Catholic Church of the 
Ascension by the Rev. William J. Dale. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery, Norfolk. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel, is 
handling arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to Kempsville Rescue Squad.
