Ramsay, died early yesterday in New Haven, Conn. She was a sister-in-law of Mrs. W.H.T. Loyall, of Norfolk, and was well known here. She is survived by a daughter, Miss Margaret Ramsay, of New Haven. Funeral services will be conducted at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery, this city, this morning at 9 o'clock, by the Very Rev. H. Dobson Peacock. -------------------------- Mrs. Clara Cowling Ramsay - Funeral services for Mrs. Ramsay, widow of Dr. Otto G. Ramsay, whose death occurred early Friday morning at New Haven, Conn., were held yesterday morning at 9 o'clock at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery with the Very Rev. Dr. H. Dobson Peacock, rector of Christ Church, officiating. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, pink roses, stevia and ferns. The pallbearers were Dr. Lomax Gwathmey, C.W. Grandy, H.G. Whitehead, Walter H. Taylor, III, J.B. McCaw, Jr., George Loyall, W.B. Baldwin and C.G.R. Leigh.
