Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Monday September 5, 1932
Mrs. Julia Cooke Ramsay, widow of Col. Henry Ashton Ramsay and daughter of the 
late Dr. Armistead Mason and Mary Louisa Todd Cooke, died at Newport, R.I. 
yesterday morning.  Mrs. Ramsay was a native and former resident of Norfolk.  
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John Stapler of Newport and two sons, 
Henry Ashton Ramsay of Memphis and Armistead Ramsay of Texas.  Services will 
be held at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock.
