Ramsay, for many years a resident of Norfolk, died Thursday night, after a protracted illness of six or seven weeks, at the residence of her mother, Mrs. Margaret Corner, 511 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, with whom she had made her home since leaving Norfolk five years ago. Mrs. Ramsay was the widow of the late Carl G. Ramsay, who organized and was the first president of the Norfolk National Bank, and the mother of Dr. Otto G. Ramsay, of New Haven, Conn.; Mrs. W.H.T. Loyall, of Norfolk; Mrs. H.G. Leigh, of Petersburg and Miss Margaret Ramsay, of Baltimore. The remains, accompanied by the members of the family, will arrive here this morning via the Old Bay Line steamer and the funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock from St. Paul's Episcopal Church, of which the deceased was a communicant during her residence in this city.
