Norfolk Journal and Guide,July 29,1944
Norfolk - Funeral services for Madam Lorraine Ramsey of 714 Church street, who 
died July 16, at her residence after a long illness, were held July 16, at 
Firs Calvary Baptist Church.  Madam Ramsey was a well known beautician and 
instructor in her shop.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Jess Mae Scott;  one daughter, Miss Annie 
Ramsey.  Interment will be made in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in 
charge.
