She was a native of Nansemond County, and had lived here thirty-five years. where she was well known and highly esteemed. She was a daughter of the late Elisha and Martha McClenny Eley, and was a widow of R.G. Randolph. She is survived by these children: G.B. Randolph, this city; Mrs. M.L. Constantine, Wilson; Walter Lewis, Dozier's Corner, Norfolk County and F.M Wood, Currituck, N.C. The funeral will be conducted at the residence of her son, G.B. Randolph, 701 Berkley avenue, this morning at 10 o'clock, and burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery. ******************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Belinda Elliott Randolph was conducted at the residence of her son, 701 Berkley avenue, yesterday morning at 10 o'clock by Rev. R.R. Phelps, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and was largely attended. the floral tributes were beautiful. Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery and the pallbearers were: F.M. Smith, W.A. Terry, Dewery Palmer, S.W. Pierce, S.W. Mathewman and W.L. Berkley.
