NORFOLK - Joanne M. Randolph, 65, died at home Sunday, July 18, 2010. She was born 
in New York City to Opie Bittle and Margaret Crosby Bittle, both deceased.

She was a longtime resident of Norfolk and a retired registered nurse who worked 
many years at the DePaul Medical Center.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Wildermann and 
Patricia Ellen Bittle. She is survived by her husband, Bob Randolph; her children, 
Angela Satterfield and husband Charles, Timothy Randolph and his wife Amy, and 
Stephen Randolph; grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, Owen, Katherine and Eli; and her 
brother, Michael Bittle and his wife Cecelia.

A memorial Mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church, Norfolk, Friday, 
July 23, at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to your 
favorite charity. Cremation Society of Virginia is assisting the family. Online
