Ranhorn Sr., 55, died in Leesburg, Fla. Mr. Ranhorn was a native of Norfolk and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a graduate of Old Dominion University and was a high school teacher. Survivors include his daughter, Kathryn Lee Ranhorn of Leesburg, Fla.; his sons, Vincent F. Ranhorn Jr. and Joseph C. Ranhorn; his sister, Edna Loretta R. Weber; his grandson, Ian T. Ranhorn; nieces, Shawna Weber and Karen Cirulo; nephew, Kenneth Weber; and his stepson, Donnie. He was predeceased by his brother, William A. Ranhorn. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at noon Friday at Christ the King Catholic Church by Father Brian Rafferty. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the Velvet 25 Restaurant in Norfolk. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
