Raper, aged 39 years, died suddenly yesterday at 5:15 p.m. at the home of his brother-in-law, William Swann, 1820 Highland Avenue. He had been in failing health for some time, but was not taken seriously ill till two days ago. The funeral will take place at the residence Sunday at 4 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood. Besides his father, William F. Raper, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. William Swann and a half sister, Mrs. W.J.
