Virginian Pilot August 19, 1906

RAWLES - At the residence of her parents, 612 Riverview Avenue, Saturday, August 
18, 1906, at 11:40 a.m., MATTIE MAY RAWLES, infant daughter of Annie P. and the 
late Marcus Rawles, aged 11 months.
The funeral will take place from the above residence THIS (Sunday) AFTERNOON, 
August 19, at 4 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to 
attend.

The funeral of Mattie May, the infant daughter of Mrs. Annie and the late Marcus 
Rawles, was held from the residence of her mother, No. 612 Riverview Avenue. The 
service was conducted by Rev. E.E. Dudley, of Central Baptist Church. The 
remains were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery.
