Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, April 5, 1992
Ronald Lee Rayner, 31, of the 1300 block of Godfrey Ave., died April 1, 1992, 
in a hospital. 
Mr. Rayner was born in Norfolk. 
Survivors include his mother, Betty Philpotts; a sister, Shelita D. Rayner, and 
a half brother, Herbert Philpotts Jr., both of Norfolk. 
The graveside service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Magnolia 
Cemetery by the Rev. J.L. Kearney Sr. Family and friends will assemble at the 
cemetery at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
