The Norfolk Virginian, March 10, 1896


Mrs. Annie L. Redden died Saturday about 7 p.m. o’clock at her residence, 113 
Reservoir Avenue, after a protracted illness. She leaves three children and a 
host of friends to miss her. The funeral took place yesterday at 4 p.m. at the 
above residence, and was conducted by Dr. J.B. Howerton, of the First 
Presbyterian Church, and the remains taken to Cedar Grove Cemetery to be laid 
to rest in the family vault.
