Virginian Pilot September 12, 1960

William Frank Redding, 42, husband of Mrs. Patricia Lanigan Redding and son of 
the late Charles B. and Mrs. Annie Clayton Brown Redding, died Saturday at 10:15 
p.m. in Kecoughtan Veterans Hospital.
A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he lived at 2724 Greendale Ave., at the time of 
his death.
Besides his wife, survivors include a son, William F. Redding Jr. of Lynchburg; 
two daughters, Miss Patricia Ann Redding and Miss Deborah Elizabeth Redding of 
Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. M.R. Webb of Norfolk and a brother, Charles M. Redding 
of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Christ the King 
Catholic Church, of which he was a member, for a funeral service Tuesday at 10 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A rosary service will begin at the 
funeral apartments today at 7:30 p.m.

REDDING, WILLIAM FRANK — At Kecoughtan, Va., Saturday, September 10th, 1960, at 
10:15 p.m., WILLIAM FRANK, husband of Mrs. Patricia Lanigan Redding, and son of 
the late Charles B., and Mrs. Annie Clayton Brown Redding, in the 43rd year of 
his age. Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 
Colonial Avenue, to Christ the King Catholic Church for services TODAY (TUESDAY) 
at 10 a.m. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
