The funeral will take place TOMORROW (Friday) MORNING at 11 o'clock from Trinity A.M.E. Church, corner of Walker avenue and Sixth street, Rev. W.R. Gullins, D.D., pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Friends and acquaintances are invited to attend. ************************ Well Known Colored Man Dead Lycurgus Reid, a respected colored man, and who has been in the employ of Mr. Franklin Gill for nine years, died at the home of his mother, on Second street, Tuesday night at 8 o'clock. The funeral will take place from Sixth Street A.M.E. Church Friday morning at 11 o'clock, conducted by Rev. W.R. Gullens. He was a brother of Rev. Mrs. J. Cuffee.
