Rhea, and daughter of John M. and Mrs. Susan Taylor Broughton, a life-long resident of Norfolk, died Thursday at 1 p.m., at the residence 869 Little Bay Avenue. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Frank Lawler; a grandson Beverley Rhea Lawler, of Norfolk; six sisters, Mrs. Graham Hill, of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Albertus Edwards, of Norfolk, Mrs. Mahlon Partridge, of Petersburg, Mrs. Russell McDermott, of New Orleans, La., and Mrs. Louis Jackson, of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 11 a.m., by the Rev. George W. Amos, pastor of Colonial Avenue Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
