Norfolk Virginian Pilot November 28, 1950

Mrs. Florence Elizabeth Rhea, 72, widow of John M. Rhea, died at the residence of 
her daughter, Mrs. Carrie Rhea Norris, 707 36th Street yesterday at 1:40 a.m.
Besides her daughter, she is survived by a son, George B. Rhea, of Norfolk; six 
grandchildren and one great-grandson. Mrs. Rhea was a lifelong resident of 
Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow at 
2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
