Virginian Pilot October 15, 1971

George Marshall Rhea, 60, of 336 Hospital Drive died in a Lynchburg hospital 
Thursday at 2 a.m.
He was a son of George B. Rhea of Norfolk and the late Mrs. Sarah Hodges Rhea.
A native of Norfolk, he was a former resident of Lynchburg.
He was a member of Brambleton Avenue United Methodist Church.
Besides his father, he is survived by four brothers, William E. Rhea and Robert 
A. Rhea of Norfolk, John F. Rhea of Virginia Beach and James A. Rhea of St. 
Louis; and a sister, Mrs. J.A. Miller of Virginian Beach.
The body will be taken from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside to Elmwood 
Cemetery, Norfolk, for a funeral service Saturday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. W.P. 
Gardiner of Princess Anne Plaza United Methodist Church.
