Rhea, wife of J. Marshall Rhea, died at her home, Olney Road, Ghent, at 3:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon in the 60th year of her age. The deceased was a native of Baltimore but had been a resident of Norfolk for forty years, where she was well known and highly esteemed by a large circle of friends for her many beautiful traits of character. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. F.D. Nelligar, two sons, J. Edward and Ollie S. Rhea of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Emma J. Welty of Washington, D.C. and a brother, G. W. Speaks of Baltimore, Md. She was a member of Freemason Street Baptist Church. The funeral will be private from the residence Sunday afternoon and will be conducted by Rev. Sparks W. Melton, D.D.
