She was a native of Pittsburgh and had made her home in Hopewell 16 years. A daughter of Frederick and Susan Bausman and widow of William Perry Rhodes, she is survived by a son, Allen W. Heffley, of Ocean View, and two grandchildren. Mrs. Rhodes was a member of Good Will Council 5, Daughters of America, the Ladies of the Maccabees, Woodmen Circle, and a communicant of the Episcopal Church. The body was taken to the J.R. Williams Funeral Home, 1027 Chesapeake avenue, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock.
