F. Rhodes, whose home is in Eastham, Va., arrived here on the Atlantic and Danville train from Danville, and went to the home of Mr. Holt on London Street, near Water. He complained of feeling badly and before morning he died. Mr. Holt notified the authorities, who did not deem an inquest necessary, the man having died of consumption. Mr. Holt turned the body over to Mr. Gaskins for interment. Mr. Rhodes was a printer by trade and had on his person a card of the Norfolk Typographical Union, showing that he was in good standing. He will be buried by them today. The gentleman was no relation to Mr. Holt, but he, being a printer and an acquaintance of Mr. Rhodes, he went to his home.
