Norfolk Virginian July 31, 1891

RICE - Yesterday between 12 and 1 o'clock, Mrs. CATHARINE RICE at her 
residence on Virginia Street, aged 53 years.
The funeral notice will appear later.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Catharine Rice took place from the Chestnut 
Street M. E. Church yesterday afternoon at 4 o 'clock, Rev. W.C. Vaden 
officiating.  The remains were interred in Magnolia Cemetery.
