Mrs. Alperrader Richardson, 72, widow of Jessie Richardson, of 313 E. Liberty
St., died Tuesday at 9:20 p.m. at her residence after a short illness.

She was a native of Spring Hope, NC, and had been in Norfolk for 30 years.  She
was a member of the Apostolic Faith Church of God.  Her late parents were
Haywood and Mrs. Belinda Richardson.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mittie Mangum and Miss Myrtle Richardson,
both of Norfolk;  Miss Ora Lee Hatton of Detroit, MI, and Miss Mary Ann
Richardson of Spring Hope;  two sons, David Lee Richardson and Jessie Richardson
both of Norfolk;  four sisters,  Mrs. Addie Hedgpeth and Mrs. Magnolia Hedgpeth,
both of Norfolk;  Mrs Mary Lisa Simms of Baltimore MD, and Mrs. Amanda Anderson
of Norfolk;  one brother, Nick Richardson of Norfolk;  23 grandchildren and 10
great-grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Pretlow Funeral Home.
