VIRGINIA BEACH - Mildred Margaret Mahon Richardson, 77, of the 5000 block of 
School Road, a retired civil servant, died Jan. 2,1989, in a hospital.
Mrs. Richardson, a native of Charleston, S.C., was the widow of Roger N. 
Richardson. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include an uncle, John S. Mahon Sr., of Virginia Beach, and nieces and 
nephews.
A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. 
Pius X Catholic Church, Norfolk. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, 
Norfolk. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Laskin Road.
Memorial donations may be made to the church.
