A respirator squad from the fire department failed to revive her. Miss Richardson was a native of Norfolk and had resided here all of her life. She was the daughter of Hubert L. and the late Mrs. Sallie Orrick Richardson. Surviving besides her father are a sister, Mrs. George R. Norris; a brother, James Dudley Richardson; three nieces, Misses Ann and Elizabeth Duncan and Miss Norris; and a nephew, William Harry Norris, all of Norfolk. For a number of years Miss Richardson was a deputy collector in the Norfolk County Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office. At the time of her death she was employed by the Norfolk General Hospital. The body will be taken from the Derry Funeral Chapel, Colley and Harrington Avenues, to Cedar Grove Cemetery, where funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 4 o’clock. The Rev. Taylor Willis, rector of Christ and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. H.S. Hardcastle, pastor of Christian Temple.
