Richardson, died Sunday at Tampa, Fla. He was a native and former resident of Norfolk, but had recently made his home at Tampa. He was a son of the late Benjamin and Lavenia Smith Richardson, and is survived by two sisters, Miss Ida B. Richardson, of Tampa, and Mrs. Douglas Bell of Charlotte, N.C.; a half-brother, Hubert Richardson, of Norfolk, and a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery, this city, this afternoon at 12:30 o'clock, with the Rev. John W. Rustin, pastor of Ghent M.E. Church officiating.
