Funeral services for Edward Richards, 2412 Cottage Avenue who died at his home on 
March 4, were conducted from the Metropolitan A. M. E. Church, Sunday, March 12.  
He was a native of Charles City County, VA, but had made his home here for the 
past 35 years with his wife Emily Richard, who with two daughters, two 
grandchildren, two sisters and a host of other relatives and friends survive him.  
Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
