Richter, of this city, who died in Charlottesville Monday, was brought to the family home, 77 La Salle Avenue, Lafayette Park, yesterday. Mr. Richter was 41 years old. He was a member of Norfolk Council, No. 367, Knights of Columbus and of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Besides his wife, who was formerly Miss Elaine Nunn, of Ocean View, he leaves two sisters, Mrs. Paula Johnston, of Cape Henry and Mrs. J.A. Morelash, of Cleveland, O. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10:30 o'clock Thursday morning. Rev. P.P. Brennan officiating. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s cemetery.
