Virginian Pilot January 14, 1965 

Mrs. Ethel L. Ricks of 832 Ave. C, wife of Edward Ricks, died Tuesday in a 
hospital.
She was a daughter of Mrs. Ethel K. Long and the late Samuel Long.
Besides her husband and mother, surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Antionette Owens 
and Mrs. Henrietta Brinkley; three brothers, Joseph Long, Samuel Long and Walter 
Long; a  sister, Mrs. Helen McKleny, all of Norfolk, and four grandchildren.
The body is at Graves Funeral Home.
