Ricks, died Thursday in a hospital. She was the retired owner and operator of Doll's Vegetable Mark. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Betty Ann Ricks of Norfolk two brothers, Moton Broadnax of Norfolk and Monroe Broadnax of New York; and two grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Greater Metropolitan AME Zion Church by the Rev. Jackson A. Browne. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with Riddick Funeral Service in charge. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday. The family will be at her home.
