Norfolk Journal and Guide, Nov 21,1942
The funeral of Richard Riddick of 306 Lewis street, who died November 5, at a 
local hospital, was held November 13 at the Hale Chapel with the Rev. C. D. 
Ellis, pastor of the Jerusalem Baptist Church, officiating.  Interment was in 
Calvary Cemetery.  Mr. Riddick was born in Norfolk 50 years ago.  He is 
survived by his widow, Mrs. Edna Riddick.
