Norfolk - The Rev. Herbert Arnold conducted funeral services for George Riddick 
Wednesday in Monticello Baptist Church.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery by Hale 
Funeral Home.

Mr. Riddick lived at 1344 Kraft avenue.  He died in a local hospital March 21, 
following a short illness.

A Princess Anne County native, he was a son of the late Samuel Riddick and Mrs. 
Hattie Riddick and the husband of the late Mrs. Blanche Riddick.

He was a deacon of Monticello Baptist Church and a retired stevedore.

Survivors include a brother, James Riddick of New York;  and a sister, Mrs. 
Frances Wright of Norfolk.
