Norfolk - Services for Mrs. Lola Riddick were conducted Saturday, January 13 at 
St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Father Harper officiating.

Mrs. Riddick died Wednesday morning January 10 at her home 6633 Whitehorn drive 
after a short illness.

She attended the local public schools of Norfolk and was a graduae of Va. State 
College, Petersburg, VA.

She was a former member of the Amici Social Club and Zeta Sorority.

Mrs. Riddick was the wife of Elmer P. Riddick and daughter of the late Attorney 
Walter H. and Nelsie C. Land.

She is survived by a son, Elmer P. Riddick, Jr. of New York;  two daughters, 
Mrs. Merla R. Vann and Miss Vera M. Riddick;  two sisters, Mrs. Vera Land Browne 
and Mrs. Bernice Land Mullen, all of Norfolk;  and six grandchildren.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with B. F. King officiating.
