Gresham Co. as a rigger's helper more than 40 years. He was on the deacon board of the House of Prayer for All People at Burton's Station. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nancy Riddick; two sons, Obediah Riddick Jr. of Norfolk and Wilbert Lee Riddick of Washington; five daughters, Mrs. Rhoda Goss of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Josephine Knight, Mrs. Gladys Hunt, Mrs. Lenora Sutton and Mrs. Rachel Ward of Norfolk; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The body was taken to Riddick Funeral Service. Additional Comments: NORFOLK - A funeral service for Obediah Riddick Sr., 67, of 6334 Barrs Road, who died Tuesday, will beheld in House of Prayer for All People, Burtons Station, Sunday at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. Ernest Harris, pastor, with burial in Calvary Cemetery and Riddick Funeral Service in charge.
