Norfolk Journal and Guide, May 16,1964
Norfolk - Funeral services were held Thursday for Charles H. Riddick of 1535
Armstrong street, who died May 9 at his home after a long illness.  The Rev.
Lloyd Williams officiated at rites at Metropolitan AME Church where the deceased
was a member.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.

A native of New Bern, NC, he was the widower of Mrs. Jennie Riddick and the son
of Henry Riddick and Mrs. Louvenia Riddick, both deceased.

A retired bail-bondsman, he held membership in Eureka Lodge.
