Virginian Pilot April 10, 1991

John L. Riddick of the 600 block of W. 29th St., a maintenance mechanic, died 
April 7, 1991, in a hospital.
Mr. Riddick, a native of Colerain, N.C., was formerly employed with Lake Taylor 
Hospital.
Survivors include a son, Andre L. Riddick of Colts Neck, N.J.; his father, 
Aduster Riddick; six sisters, Mary Perry of Philadelphia, Willie Mae Hayes and 
Fannie Raynor, both of Colerain, Ruth Riddick of New York City, and Geraldine 
Riddick and Beverly Askew, both of Ahoskie; and two brothers, Keith Riddick and 
Tyrone Riddick, both of Ahoskie.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Graves Funeral Home by the 
Rev. R.A. Council. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends may join the 
family at 901 Walker Ave.
