R. A. Laws officiating. Her favorite hymn, “It’s My Desire,” was sung by Mrs. Patterson with friends of Miss Riggins acting as flower girls and pallbearers. Miss Riggins is survived by her parents; two brothers, Rudolph and Randolph Jr; two grandmothers, one aunt; two uncles, several relatives and friends. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in the family plot.
