The funeral of Frank Riggins, 34, of 1014 Dunbar Street, former Norfolkian who
has made his home in New York City for the past seven years and died there May
25, was held at Hale’s Chapel May 31 with the Rev. R. K. D. Garrett officating.
Born in Washington, DC, he had lived in Norfolk for 25 years. His widow, Mrs.
Vivian Riggins, a daughter, two sisters, two brothers, a mother, and other
relatives survive. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
