Virginian Pilot February 5, 1970

Miss Julia Ann Riley, 84, of 2236 Powhatan Ave., died in a hospital Wednesday.
She was a daughter of Bernard and Mrs. Mary McCarty Riley.
A native of Holyoke, Mass., she lived here most of her life. She was a member of 
St. Pius X Catholic Church.
She was a graduate of DePaul School of Nursing and Public Health Service 
Nursing. 
Surviving is a cousin, Patrick Bresahan of Holyoke.
A funeral service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, 
Friday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.

RILEY, MISS JULIA ANN – In a local hospital, Wednesday, MISS JULIA ANN RILEY, 
daughter of the late Bernard and Mrs. Mary McCarty Riley, in the 85th year of 
her age. A funeral service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, 
Friday at 1 o’clock. Burial, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
