Risley, aged 57 years, died early yesterday morning at a local hospital. A native of Virginia she had lived in Norfolk five months and was greatly esteemed. The funeral will take place at 11 o'clock this morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. S.B. Tyree, 616 Front Street, and will be conducted by Rev. V.W. Bargarmin. Besides her sister, Mrs. Tyree, she is survived by a brother, J.L. Cherry, also of Norfolk. *************************************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Annie E. Risley took place yesterday at 11 a.m. at the home of her sister, Mrs. S.D. Tyree, 616 Front Street, conducted by Rev. V.W. Bargamin and was largely attended. Among the many floral tributes was a spray of gladiolia from the Baraca class of Colley Memorial Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Elmwood, the pallbearers being Claud Wright, J.A. Edwards, Charles Beane, William Thornton, Joseph Arline and J.P. Wiss.
