Ottilie Richter Roberts, 86, a housewife, of the 800 block of First Colonial Road, 
died Sept. 21, 1993, in a local hospital.

She was born in Tacoma, Wash.

She is survived by a daughter, Paula R. Cook of Norfolk; a son, Elliot C. Roberts, 
Jr. of Herndon, Va.; three grandchildren, Todd E. Roberts and Terry S. Roberts, 
both of Herndon, and Thomas E. Cook of Norfolk; and her devoted caregivers, Amanda 
Jones, Icarress Barber, Cindy Coston, and Barrita Coston.

A memorial will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the Holloman-Brown Funeral Home, 
Bayside Chapel, and conducted by Rev. Warren Chapman. A private burial will be at 
a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the S.P.C.A.
