Norfolk - Charles Robinson of Raby Road died Wednesday in a hospital after a 
long illness.

A native of Norfolk County, he was a son of the late John and Mrs. Lucinda 
Robinson and the husband of the late Mrs. Bessie Elizabeth Robinson.

He was a landscaper.

Surviving are three brothers, Cornelius Robinson, George Robinson and 
William Henry Robinson and a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Robinson, all of Virginia 
Beach.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Faith Lutheran Church 
by the Rev. James L. Mueller. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with 
Riddick Funeral Service in charge. The family will be at 810 Tazewell St., 
Portsmouth.

(Note: Death certificate has Charles Robinson or Robertson)
