B. White Coal Company, at Maltby and Brambleton avenues. Detective Sgt. L. L. Jones, of the homicide squad, who investigated, said that Robinson died after he struck his head against a mechanical coal conveyor while working in the coalyard. He died from head injuries and a severe laceration of the forehead. Sgt. Jones said that Robinson and three other men were attempting to roll a coal conveyor out of a pit when the fatal accident occurred. Final rites were held at the Warren Funeral Home, with the Rev. F. P. Wise officiating. The funeral home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Robinson is survived by two cousins, Mrs. Thelma Long and Mrs. Harriett Dicks, of Norfolk. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
