In loving remembrance of our daughter, Lena Ruth Rodgers. She died April 8,1928.

Alone I hold myself and know
That sad day a year ago,
How it nearly broke my heart,
Lena, when I saw you depart.
Your sweet smile is with us still,
We can’t forget it and never will.
