Anne-Marie Rodriguez, 67, beloved mother and wife, passed away January 31st, in 
her home in Amarillo, TX. She was the first baby born to Ralph and Rita Rohner of 
Akron, Ohio. Mrs. Rodriguez was a graduate of the University of Akron. After 
graduation, she spent several years with her husband in Spain. Several years after 
returning to the United States, she and her family joined the Navy life and were 
stationed in Virginia Beach, a city she afterwards considered to be home.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of over 44 years, Dr. Manuel I 
Rodriguez, her daughters Noelle Blythe (Beau) and Elena Stouse (Joe), 
grandchildren; Max, Augustine, Dominic, Christopher, Xavier, Joseph, and Michael; 
her Mother, her brother, Ralph, and sister, Mary Jane (Mitzi). She was preceded in 
death by her father.
A traditional Catholic funeral mass will be held on Sat. Feb 3rd at 9am at 
Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1801 Baltic Ave, in Virginia Beach, with a burial at St. 
Mary's Catholic Cemetery following. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may 
be made to Catholic Family News. Online condolences may be left for the family on
