Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, September 9, 1991 
Eva L. Rogers, of the 900 block of Charlotte St., died Sept. 5, 1991, in a
hospital.

Mrs. Rogers was born in Edenton, N.C. She was the widow of John Rogers and was a
member of Gale Street Baptist Church, Edenton.

Survivors include a son, Hayward Blanchard of Huntington Station, N.Y.; a
sister, Martha Brooks of Norfolk; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev.
Ronnie D. Joyner. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
