The Virginian Pilot Sunday March 17, 1974
Henry Rodgers of 310 E 26th St., husband of Mrs. Emma Rodgers, died Saturday in a 
hospital.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., he was a 30 year retired employe of Craig 
Brothers Shipyard, a veteran of World War II, and a member of St. Stephens Baptist 
Church, Elizabeth City.
Other survivors include a nephew, Ulysses Whitehurst.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday at noon in Graves Funeral Home.  Burial 
with military honors will be in Calvary Cemetery.
