Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark July 15, 1927

Miss Ellen Rohan, aged 88 years, daughter of the late William and Margaret 
Collins Rohan, died yesterday morning at 6 o'clock at St. Vincent's Hospital. 
She was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. Surviving her are two 
sisters, Miss Madge McCarrick, of Norfolk and Mrs. G.J.N. Carpentier, of 
Dunkirk, France and a number of nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late 
Capt. J.W. McCarrick. Funeral services will be conducted at St. Vincent's 
Hospital Chapel tomorrow morning at 9:30 o'clock, Burial will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery.

ROHAN, ELLEN – At St. Vincent’s Hospital, Thursday, July 14, 1927, at 6 o’clock 
a.m., ELLEN, daughter of the late William and Margaret Collins Rohan, in the 
89th year of her age.
Funeral services at St. Vincent’s Hospital Chapel, SATURDAY MORNING at 9:30 
o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
