The funeral of Mr. Walter L. Rolland took place from the residence of Mr. T.J.
Rolland Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, and was largely attended. The
Cigarmakers' Union, of which the deceased was a member, being present. The
services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Bennett and the interment was in Elmwood
Cemetery. The following were the pall-bearers: Friends-Edward Snowden, Charles
Cook, Benjamin Hancock and Charles Knight. Cigarmakers- William Murphy, James
Cherry, S.J. Wilson and J.E. Poiner.
